Zenith Protocol & Atlas
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These are the rules of the game — written plainly, no legal fog. Zenith Protocol is and stays free; Atlas is an optional add-on. The terms exist to protect both you and the service, and so you always know exactly where you stand: what you get, what’s expected, and how you can cancel or take your data with you at any time. Nothing hidden in fine print.
Important to understand
Zenith Protocol and Atlas are training tools for self-regulation and personal development — not medical devices, not therapy and not treatment. The apps do not replace professional help. If you suffer from addiction, mental illness or another condition that requires clinical assessment, you should contact healthcare services.
Zenith Protocol — Zenith Protocol is a 30-day, evidence-inspired training program that helps you build awareness of, and control over, digital habits and impulsive behaviors.
Atlas — Atlas is a personal growth system with no end date. You choose your own goals and life aspects, log exercises and track your development over time — on your terms, without predefined frameworks.
Both programs are provided as web-based applications (PWA) by the operator of impactzenith.com. Results vary. Change requires your active participation. We promise you a structured tool — not an outcome.
You are responsible for:
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page (impactzenith.com/account). All data — from both Zenith Protocol and Atlas — is deleted immediately and permanently, including all server-stored data. Contributions you have made are anonymised rather than deleted — the amount and date must remain as accounting records, but the link to you is removed.
The services may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is not permitted to:
The data you create in the services — reflections, impulse registrations, your letter to yourself, life aspects, exercise sessions and declarations in Atlas — is yours. We process it to provide the service, in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell your data.
You can export all your data as JSON — Zenith data, Atlas data or combined — from the Account page (impactzenith.com/account) at any time.
Zenith Protocol is always free. Atlas — the optional add-on system — requires an active subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe (stripe.com), a PCI DSS certified payment system. We never store card details — they are handled exclusively by Stripe and never reach our server.
Available plans
Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of the period. You are charged for the next period until you cancel.
Changing plan. When you switch to a different paid plan, a new subscription starts and the old one ends immediately. Remaining time on the period you already paid for is neither refunded nor credited. If you switch to a plan without Atlas, Atlas closes at that moment.
Pausing. You can pause your subscription from the Account page. While paused you are not charged and Atlas access rests. You can resume whenever you like.
Cancel at any time. You cancel from the Account page. You are not charged for the next period. You keep access to the service until the end of the paid period. No refund is issued for a period already paid for.
Right of withdrawal. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Chapter 2, Section 11), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Atlas is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, and because by signing and completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal lapses once the service is activated. You confirm this consent in connection with the purchase.
Gift codes. Atlas can be activated with a gift code. Gift codes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable after activation.
Voluntary contributions. You can make a one-off contribution to the project. A contribution is voluntary, grants no extra feature or access, and is not refundable.
Invitations. Inviting others can earn you a period of Atlas at no cost. The reward counts only once the person you invited has created an account and confirmed their first day. The period cannot be exchanged for money and may be withdrawn in case of abuse.
Payment problems. If a payment is declined or a card has expired, access to Atlas is paused until payment succeeds. We will contact you by email at the address you registered with.
Price changes. We communicate price changes at least 30 days in advance by email and in the app. You can cancel the subscription free of charge before the new price takes effect.
We strive to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, updates and unforeseen errors may temporarily make the service unavailable. We communicate planned downtime in the app where possible.
Your locally saved progress is preserved in the browser between sessions. However, the app requires an internet connection to load — it does not work offline.
Zenith Protocol and Atlas are provided as is. We accept no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services. The programs are tools for your own use — responsibility for your choices and actions is always yours.
Zenith Protocol, Atlas and all associated content — protocol, texts, methods, design, source code and graphics — are copyright-protected material. © 2026 Impactzenith. All rights reserved.
You may use the services for your own, personal use. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit the services' content or source code — in whole or in part — without written permission.
Data and content you create yourself in Atlas (your own aspects, exercises, declarations) is and remains yours.
We may update these terms. For material changes, we communicate them clearly in the app with reasonable notice. Continued use after the terms take effect means you accept them. You can always delete your account if you do not accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. Failing that, the competent court is the Swedish general court.
