Zenith · two stages, one idea
Our two-step philosophy
First you quiet the noise. Then you build the life.
Zenith Protocol gives you the tools. You build the control. Atlas is the system for what you do with it. Same app, same account.
Zenith Protocol
Quiet the noise
Free forever · no card
You pick up your phone before you've decided to. Zenith Protocol puts deliberate friction between the urge and the action over thirty practice days, until the habit starts to loosen its grip. Miss a day and you carry on where you left off. No blocker, nothing deciding for you. The time you win back needs somewhere to go, and that's where Atlas comes in.
Atlas
Build the life
Subscription · open from day 1
Seven parts of your life, with practices for each. No end date. It's a life project, not a program.
Stage 02 is not locked behind stage 01. You can open Atlas today if you want. We recommend the protocol first, because quieting the noise is what makes the practices land — but that is a recommendation, not a gate.
What is Zenith Protocol?+
A 30-day training program for digital impulse control. Each day includes exercises, reflections, and a confirmation. You log your impulses and practice a specific response. The program is always free.
What happens if I miss a day?+
Nothing. The protocol counts confirmed days, not calendar days. Confirm a day on Monday and the next one on Thursday, and Thursday is your day 2 — no streak breaks and nothing starts over. You can confirm at most one day per calendar day, so missed days aren’t made up afterwards. You don’t need to.
What is Atlas?+
Atlas is an optional paid continuation designed to help you grow in seven areas of life (Mind, Relationships, Physical, Work, Learning, Inner state, Meaning) and your own character traits. You log sessions, track your consistency on a radar chart, and set intentions with daily check-ins.
Does the protocol cost anything?+
No. Zenith Protocol is and will remain free. Atlas — an optional add-on — requires a subscription. No features of the protocol are hidden behind a paywall.
How much does Atlas cost?+
99 SEK/month (Zenith Protocol + Atlas) · 149 SEK/month (Zenith Protocol + Atlas + Contribution — the extra 50 SEK supports the project’s continuation). Annual plan for Zenith Protocol + Atlas: 599 SEK/year (50 SEK/month, –50%).
Can I cancel Atlas at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel through your account settings, and you won’t be charged for the next billing period. You’ll continue to have access for the remainder of the period you’ve already paid for — monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan. After the first 14 days, no refunds are given for partial periods. Within 14 days of buying, you can withdraw and get back what you paid, minus the days you used.
Where is my data stored?+
Encrypted on your device (localStorage) and synced to your account on the Zenith server. We never trade in your data, and your protocol content is never shared with third parties. You can export your entire history or permanently delete everything with a single click — at any time.
Do I have to complete the protocol before I can use Atlas?+
No. Atlas can be used alongside the protocol from day one — or independently of it. They share an account; that’s all.
What are “Custom Aspects” in Atlas?+
You can add your own aspects in addition to the 7 built-in ones — for character traits and qualities such as Courage, Patience, and Empathy. Every time you consciously practice one of these traits, you log a session, and the radar shows your consistency over time.
How do Zenith Protocol and Atlas fit together?+
They are two stages of one idea. Stage 01, Zenith Protocol, gives you the tools for the pause between the urge and the action — you build the control. It is thirty practice days and costs nothing. Stage 02, Atlas, is the system for what you do with that control — seven parts of your life, defined by you, with no end date. Atlas is open from day 1 and requires a subscription. We recommend the protocol first because quieting the noise is what makes the practices land, but that is a recommendation, not a gate.
