What is Zenith Protocol?+
A 30-day training program for digital impulse control. Each day includes exercises, reflections, and a confirmation. You log your impulses and practice a specific response. The program is always free.
What is Atlas?+
Atlas is an optional paid continuation track designed to help you grow in seven areas of life (Mind, Relationships, Physical Health, Work, Learning, Inner State, Meaning) and your own character traits. You log sessions, track your consistency on a radar chart, and set intentions with daily check-ins.
Does the transcript cost anything?+
No. Zenith Protocol is and will remain free. Atlas — an optional add-on — requires a subscription. No features of the protocol are hidden behind a paywall.
How much does Atlas cost?+
99 SEK/month (Standard) · 149 SEK/month (Donation — the extra 50 SEK supports the project’s continuation). Annual plan for Standard: 599 SEK/year (50 SEK/month, –50%).
Can I cancel Atlas at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel through your account settings, and you won’t be charged for the next billing period. You’ll continue to have access for the remainder of the period you’ve already paid for — monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan. No refunds are given for partial periods.
Where is my data stored?+
Encrypted on your device (localStorage) and synced to your account on the Zenith server. We never trade in your data, and your protocol content is never shared with third parties. You can export your entire history or permanently delete everything with a single click — at any time.
Do I have to complete the protocol before I can use Atlas?+
No. Atlas can be used alongside the protocol from day one — or independently of it. They share an account; that’s all.
What are “Custom Aspects” in Atlas?+
You can add your own training tracks in addition to the 7 built-in ones — for character traits and qualities such as Courage, Patience, and Empathy. Every time you consciously practice one of these traits, you log a session, and the radar shows your consistency over time.
How do Zenith Protocol and Atlas fit together?+
They are two stages of one idea. Stage 01, Zenith Protocol, trains the control: the pause between the urge and the tap. It takes thirty days and costs nothing. Stage 02, Atlas, is the system for what you do with that control once you have it — seven parts of your life, defined by you, with no end date. Atlas is open from day 1.
